Lindsay Lohan’s now infamous white minidress is selling like a hot cake after the troubled actress wore it to her arraignment on 9th Feb 2011, for jewelry theft charges. So was she paid to wear it?

The  tightly fitted white dress from designer Kimberly Ovitz’s pre-fall collection is selling out at online stores that carry it, ABCNews.com reported. It retails for $575.

 Lohan stepped out of her black SUV, all eyes were fixated on the outfit she chose to wear. Let’s just say little to nothing was left to the imagination.

And now that the minidress is selling so rapidly, one may wonder if Lohan was paid to wear and advertise the dress.

While it’s quite possible this is the case, I am just going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was not paid. That would just be tacky. And Lohan is not tacky. Well, I don’t know if I’d go that far, but let’s give her a break this time.
